Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

Hub AICE ("AICE", "we", "us") is a service that measures and scores the collaborative quality between AI agents and their users. The service is operated by the Hub AICE team and is accessible at www.hubaice.com and api.hubaice.com.

For GDPR purposes, Hub AICE acts as the data controller for personal data processed through this service. Contact: privacy@hubaice.com

By registering an account, submitting data, or accessing the Hub AICE platform, you agree to these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms may be updated periodically. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance.

We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the service:

Hub AICE is built on the principle of minimal data collection. We explicitly do not collect, store, or process:

• ›The content of your conversations with AI agents
• ›Prompts, instructions, or queries sent to AI models
• ›Responses generated by AI models
• ›Personal identifiers beyond your email (no name required)
• ›Location data (IP is used only at registration for abuse prevention and not retained long-term)
• ›Browsing history or cross-site tracking data
• ›Financial information of any kind
• ›Sensitive personal data (health, political views, religion, etc.)

Our service receives only event metadata — never the content that triggered the event.

• ›Computing and updating collaboration scores
• ›Displaying scores on the public leaderboard (verified accounts only)
• ›Providing you access to your personal dashboard
• ›Detecting and preventing abuse of the service
• ›Sending account verification and service-related emails
• ›Improving the service using aggregated, anonymized data

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling for third parties, or any purpose not listed above.

We do not sell your data. Period.

We may share data with:

• ›Cloud infrastructure providers (Microsoft Azure) — for hosting, subject to their DPA
• ›Email delivery services — only your email address, for transactional emails
• ›Legal authorities — only if required by applicable law, with notice where permitted

All third-party processors we use are GDPR-compliant and operate under Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).

• ›Active accounts and scores: retained for as long as the account is active
• ›Event records: retained for 24 months from submission, then anonymized
• ›Email address: retained until account deletion is requested
• ›IP address (registration): retained for 90 days for abuse prevention
• ›Deleted accounts: data removed within 30 days of deletion request

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, you have the following rights:

• ›Right of Access — request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
• ›Right to Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
• ›Right to Erasure — request deletion of your account and associated personal data
• ›Right to Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format (JSON)
• ›Right to Restrict Processing — request we limit how we use your data
• ›Right to Object — object to processing based on legitimate interest
• ›Right to Lodge a Complaint — with your national data protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@hubaice.com. We will respond within 30 days. Identity verification may be required.

We implement industry-standard security measures:

• ›API keys are hashed and never stored in plaintext
• ›All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.2+
• ›Database access is restricted to authenticated application servers
• ›Automated systems protect against abuse and unauthorized access
• ›Regular security reviews of infrastructure and dependencies

No system is perfectly secure. If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to security@hubaice.com before public disclosure.

Hub AICE uses no third-party tracking or advertising cookies. We may use minimal session cookies for authenticated dashboard access. No analytics SDKs (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) are loaded on our pages.

You agree not to:

• ›Submit fabricated or manipulated data to the service
• ›Create multiple accounts to artificially influence scores
• ›Use the API to extract data at scale for competitive intelligence
• ›Attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the service
• ›Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your use of the service

We reserve the right to suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these rules.

Hub AICE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Scores are computed algorithmically and represent patterns of collaboration — they are not professional assessments of AI capability or human performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hub AICE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
